In order to change the booking status, please make your payment within 3 days thereof. The deposit for accommodation and additional services either paid in cash or secured through the credit card preauthorisation shall be charged at the check-in. Cancellations needs to be submitted in writing. If you wish to cancel your stay, remember: *Cancellations submitted at the least 30 days before the arrival are free of charge. The hotel is obliged to return your full advance payment within 21 days. *Cancellations submitted under 30 days before the arrival excludes returning the advance payment made. *Up to 7 days before the arrival, however, you may change the date of your stay, taking into consideration the possible change of the price, too (does not refer to Christmas and long weekends). *Under 7 days before the arrival, you may not make any modifications in the booking made.
