SPA ETIQUETTE
1. If you are planning to take advantage of our treatments, please book them a few days in advance so that we can find the most convenient date for you.
2. If you would like to book a visit, please e-mail us: spa@thesun.pl or call us: +48 59 814 44 49. Our professionally qualified staff will help you choose the right treatments and provide you with
all the information you might need about wellness treatments.
3. For your own comfort, please come 10 minutes before your treatment begins. If you are late, the duration of your treatment can be shortened without lowering the price.
4. People using treatments are provided before the procedures by the Reception with bathrobes, flip flops and single-use underwear. There is a possibility of renting bathrobes – CHARGE 20 pln.
5. Remember to wash your body and remove make-up before the treatment. Take jewellery off and do not use any creams or lotions.
6. Before the treatment, please fill in the HEALTH FORM.
7. Do not talk loud, do not cause any noise, turn off your phone or leave it in your room.
8. If you wish to cancel your treatment, you can do it for free at the latest 4 hours before the treatment is supposed to start. If you do it later, you will be charged with 50% of the treatment value.
9. Improper behaviour will cause cancelling of the treatment and you will be charged with its full price.
10. Children up to the age of 16 may use the offer of treatment only with their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent.
11. If you have any questions or doubts concerning the treatment, please ask your therapist. Don’t forget to inform your therapist about your preferences or fears.
Our main task is your satisfaction with the services. However, if you are not content, something seems wrong, even a part of a treatment, please let us know!
