SPA ETIQUETTE
- We recommend booking treatments several days before the planned date. If you do not book in advance, we cannot guarantee that the treatment will be available on the chosen day and at your preferred time.
- All guests who wish to use our treatments are asked to contact us by e-mail at: spa@thesun.pl or by telephone at: +48 59 841 82 50. Our qualified staff will provide you with all information about our offer and will advise you in choosing treatments.
- To ensure your full comfort, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment time. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened without a reduction in price.
- Guests receiving treatments will be provided with a towel and disposable slippers and underwear before the treatment. It is possible to borrow a robe - one-time fee 20 zł.
- To ensure the body is fully prepared for the effects of the products, we recommend showering and removing facial makeup. Please also remove jewelry and avoid applying any creams or lotions.
- Before the treatment begins, you are required to complete a health questionnaire.
- For your relaxation, please do not bring mobile phones or switch them off before the treatment.
- We understand that plans may change, therefore it is possible to cancel a treatment up to 4 hours before the scheduled treatment time without charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost to the room.
- In case of improper behaviour, we reserve the right to discontinue the treatment and charge the guest in full.
- Children under 16 may receive treatments only with the consent of or in the presence of a guardian.
- If you have any doubts or questions about the treatment, please ask the therapist for clarification at any time. Please inform the person performing the treatment of your preferences or concerns.
